The founder / Company Director of Tribalcore and senior personal trainer.

Premiers Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Therapy

CrossFit level 1 Trainer

Long before serving with the Royal Marine’s Ewan was driven by a passion for sports, adventure and martial arts. This formed a strong foundation which allowed him to undertake the world renowned hardest and longest military training – Royal Marine Commando’s.  Gathering a vast amount of experience in all type of challenges and terrain around the world fuelled the passion which underlines Tribalcore‘s ethos.  This ethos is to show, educate, support and encourage people to strive in achieving their goals and to obtain the most from the mind and body.

Through his Royal Marines Commando experience and a Premiers Diploma in Personal training and Sports therapy, he is able to combine military and sports science to bespoke clients training programmes to suit and achieve their goals. techniques to choose which best suits the client and their goals. This unique blend is tailored to each client to enable them to work to and achieve their goals.
